A New York State of mind

Bags are packed for 5 days in Neeewwww Yoooorrrrk and I, being the Virgo that I am get to SFO very early. Got through security with ease and am delighted to find wine bar Vino Volo at Termial 2 at SFO. It's 10:30 in the morning but what the heck. They have a great menu of wines with things such as 'Shades of White' and 'BBQ Reds'. I had the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc from Hawke's Bay and it was ripe with citris and essence of vanilla. Perfect for a pre-flight drink.

I paired it with an order of Smoked Salmon Rolls served with succulent crabmeat on a crispy crostini. I have never had a caperberry and I am a new fan!!
So if you are in Terminal 2 of San Francisco Airport, check out Vino Volo, affordable wines (I only had the one glass but they do offer tastes flights) good food and of course fun people watching.
